“Tree care manager, Jeremiah Verhaege, literally had me at hello. His friendly and confident manner reassured me that there was hope to save a badly damaged tree and to prune others to minimize future wind damage. He even took the time to look at a struggling ornamental hydrangea tree and honeysuckle vine that have sentimental value. Once here on time and as scheduled, the crew discovered a basketball-sized wasp nest hidden in one of the trees to be pruned. I expected them to forego that tree but instead they courageously used their bucket truck and their own chemical to kill the hive. The crew leader was superb and informative. He arrived ready to roll and fully-briefed by Jeremiah about the job specifics. I had to leave for an appointment and was comfortable trusting that Mike and his crew would take care of everything as promised. I have no hesitation highly recommending Treasure Valley Landscape.
